Small items are shipped via FedEx Ground. (decorative boxes, lamps, baskets, etc.)
Furniture pieces and mirrors are shipped via blanket-wrap shipper...and are delivered/placed inside your home.
Pieces are not left outside for you to have to wrestle inside...No pallets or crates to deal with.
Please note: we strive to keep a strong inventory of products, but there are times when the item you want is out-of-stock.
When your order is placed, we will let you know the stock status and the approximate shipping date. We personally keep you posted throughout the order process.
Because we believe in personal service - you will not get an automated email or a voice mail that asks you to push 30 buttons to get an answer.
